Nokia expands Nseries lineup.

Nokia announced three new phones in its Nseries line of phones. All three are 3G phones with video calling, 2 MP or better camera, newly-renamed S60 3rd Edition operating system that includes new full-web browser and a variety of connectivity and multimedia features.

Nokia N92
TV phone with integrated DVB-H and a 2.8 inch twisting QVGA screen supporting 16 million colors. Phone supports recording of live TV up to 30 minutes and a 30-second instant replay. N92 provides a wide range of connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, infrared, and Bluetooth as well as USB 2.0 (Mass Storage Class), which allows users to connect the Nokia N92 directly to a compatible PC for quick and convenient file transfers or downloads.

Nokia N80
Slider phone with WCDMA 1900/2100 and quad-band GSM with EDGE. Also sports UPnP, a 3-megapixel main camera, hi-res display (352 x 416 pixels), WLAN, and miniSD slot.

Nokia N71
Compact clamshell phone with hi-res QVGA display (320 x 240 pixels), XpressMusic music player, and miniSD card slot.

RIM announces EDGE-enabled BlackBerry 8700c based on Intel CPU exclusively on Cingular.

BlackBerry 8700c

Research In Motion today announced its first BlackBerry device that runs on Intel XScale processor. BlackBerry 8700c will be available initially exclusively on Cingular Wireless network starting on November 21st. The device is the first BlackBerry with quad-band GSM and EDGE class 10 Internet access and color QVGA screen.

Price is said to be $299 with a two year service agreement.
